Flu Bug

Aston gor gor was down with viral infection (headache, vomit and slight fever) last Monday & he did not attend school for two days. As much as we did not want him to spread the virus to his peers in school, we cannot isolate him from home to prevent spread to Charlton & Royston. On last Wed, Charlton was down with intermittent fever and we brought him see doc at the Kids Clinic in Rivervalve Mall(no choice becos SBCC is closed on Wed night)& he was also down with viral infection (fever - highest at 38.8 degree celcius when the nurse measure him in the clinic, slight nose block & running nose). There were some tiny spots on his body & PD wanted to test for UTI. But becos it's very late already around 11pm, PD advised the nurse teach us to patch the urine bag & pour the urine onto a container & return it to clinic for UTI test. But daddy decided not to do the urine test as he felt that Charlton is recovering. On that night til the next morning, his fever was subsided and he slept without any fuss slept soundly throughout the night. At that same period, Royston also have some running nose and we fed him Charlton medicines. We have been doing this for last time when Charlton contacted false measles and Royston was spared from the spread. Royston this time did not get well after 5days of eating medicines, running nose was irritating him, he keep rubbing his nose and cries. CNY is round the corner so we decided to bring him see PD at SBCC. You boys will have one whole week to rest and get well and celebrate your 1st CNY. Jia you !

Now I begin to think again if we shld vaccine both you with Pnuemoccoal..the cost is very expensive..S$510 for 3 vaccines in 3 mths for one kid or S$1020 for two kids...anyone want to sponsor ?? hee hee...
